We had a nice stay at this hotel. The hotel was in a good location, close to major attractions and public transportation. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the great room service.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The parking space at the hotel was limited and the room was a bit small.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the courteous and co-operative staff who made every effort to make my stay comfortable. the location was also great, as it was close to the bus station and a short taxi ride away from the railway station. the food offered in the hotel was delicious, especially the vegetarian options.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay that dampened my experience. the check-in process could be improved, as my room was not ready upon arrival.
